POSITIVE FEEDBACK --- If you have had a positive experience with a grower, you are encouraged to leave positive feedback Show a grower your appreciation by doing so. Only one buyer vote per grower. So use it wisely.
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ---Registering Negative Feedback is serious. It will affect a grower's credibility. So, please use this option with discretion. And please try to settle any disputes or misunderstandings privately before resorting to a negative vote. YOU MUST LEAVE A COMMENT EXPLAINING YOUR COMPLAINT IF YOU REGISTER A NEGATIVE VOTE. Explain your reasons for a negative vote, but do it politely. Negative votes without a comment will be deleted.
Please, no discussions allowed - just a single comment about a recent transaction or experience.
If you sell palms, you are encouraged to add yourself to our rating service. You may request to have yourself, or any vendor added (via PM to the Moderator). Or you may personally add yourself or anyone you wish. Anyone can be rated. They do not need to sell palms on PalmTalk in order to be rated. Please follow the accepted format.
The IPS provides this subforum as a courtesy to all those interested in palms.

So I'm just wondering about other people's experiences when buying from this company? Specifically any reviews of their Butyagrus seeds that they have been selling in recent years...? Someone in the UK brought a batch about 2 years ago and I was able to source some of them from him via Ebay about 20 months ago now. I paid £36 / £48 for 8 of those seeds from him plus UK postage. I think he had ordered 100 seeds for about $250 and had to pay about $40 postage to get them to the UK. Some of those he was able to sell on to other collectors like myself. I've ordered twice from Wekiva Foliage via Etsy: one Allagoptera arenaria and two small Rhapis excelsa (arrived as three, nice). I am very pleased. Pricing was not cheap, but not outrageous. Ordering was a breeze on Etsy using Paypal. There was like a 3 day gap before shipping, but then shipping was fast via USPS. Plants arrived in quite excellent condition--really impressive, some of the best I've seen. They have settled in quickly. Recommend Wekiva. Here they are potted up.

Gotta saw @Allen is an amazing member of the palm community. Not only does he share his vast knowledge of growing palms is a pretty chilly climate (7a) in the winter. To add icing on the cake he even sends seed out to members on his dime that he has harvested. Big kudos to Tennessee Tropics 👍

This is a repost of information I originally included on a for sale thread earlier in February. I purchased 3 Sabal minors from @teddytn last week. He added a bonus Sabal louisiana for no extra charge (thank you). I am very pleased. Ordering and communication was good. I recently bought (well I thought I did) some chambeyronia macrocarpa seeds from rarepalmseeds.com on 15 February, and ever since then... nothing. The order shows as "processing" on their website and they have not responded to my three recent emails asking for an update. It's located in Parrish, FL, between I-75 and US-301, making for an easy way in and out of the area. I've bought a lot of plants there, and the staff were always helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. It's worth checking out their plant list and calling ahead to verify they still have plants in the sizes you wish to purchase ahead of time. I ordered a few plants from Wanderlust Nursery: 2 x Syagrus romanzoffiana "Santa Catarina" 1 x Ichang lemon 1x Fascicularia bicolor Plants were packaged extremely well - I haven't seen better. As a result they showed up flawless. All plants were healthy and the Fascicularia was pretty darn big. Also received a freebie bromeliad in the mix. Definitely recommend this vendor to others. Just wanted to give a big thumbs up for Tom and the cycad jungle. Recently was looking for a dioon edule " queretero". Not many leads, and the ones I did find were small and pricey. I stumbled through @cycadjungle website,it was old but had some really good prices. So I shot Tom an email and the rest is history. A beautiful blue queretero was sent,I purchased this 15 gallon beast for probably not much more with shipping than a small seedling from another vendor.
