RULES AND GUIDELINES - PLEASE READ

You must be designated as an IPS Member to list items (start topics) in this forum. You need to request this designation if you are a member. It is not automatic. Contact the Moderator.

IPS Members may not list items for trade from non-member third parties. When discussing new acquisitions, deals, or availability of palms/plants, please refrain from mentioning the names of Big Box stores, nurseries, or other outlets that are not IPS Members. Third parties will be permitted to mention the source, price, or availability of plants, seeds, or garden related products in the course of normal Forum discussions if directly acquired from or offered by IPS Members only. Promotional intent or language by third parties should be avoided.

Palms offered for trade may include a suggested value and/or desired exchange. Photos are encouraged. Listings will be removed 60 days after the original posting unless otherwise requested.

The IPS provides this subforum as a courtesy to all those interested in palms.

You agree that by participating in the "Palm Exchange" or otherwise engaging in commerce facilitated by Palm Talk you shall not violate any applicable local, state. federal, or international law or regulation and you are not a party or subject to or bound by any law of any jurisdiction, court or governmental body that is likely to adversely affect any agreements or transactions in which you engage as a result of your participation in Palm Talk.

    I have about 50 or more Sprouted D. madagascariensis 'mahajanga' seedlings to trade. These were sprouted from my own tree (first time it has fruited), they are adjacent germinators so they are very small right now, perfect for mailing.     I've got about a million A. cunninghamiana seedlings that I have been growing the last year or two - I have many more than I can handle/grow to size. Mix of "Illawarra," and regular cunninghamiana. Many of the regular cunninghamiana are offspring from Jim Denz's trees here in the Bay Area. I'd be interested in trading for seedlings of different species, or seeds. Heck, I will trade for nursery pots! Let me know what you have and hopefully we can work something out. Thanks, Ben

    Our yard has five sago palms that are between 3 and 6 feet tall, the largest being three trunks at the base. Here is a link to some pictures: http://imgur.com/a/3pKTu We are trying to get rid of them in exchange for 1. the cost of removing them 2. other landscaping (if possible) As of right now we don't know where to begin, I've heard of businesses doing this but through all my googling I can't find anyone in my area (south east of Los Angeles). Any pointers would be appreciated!

I don't mind shipping these but in the lower 48 US states please. I will try and get a picture of them today and would like to trade all of them at once.
