Pachystegia insignis

I have purchased seed on-line, but the seeds always damp off shortly after germination. I can offer a $50 reward for anyone who can direct me to a current mail order source, or a retail vendor within California. Supposedly, this plant is available retail in the Pacific Northwest in the springtime, but at this time both Xera and Cistus don't have it. Send me a PM if you can help, Thanks.

Looking for Phyllostachys Aurea/Aureosulcata - Golden Bamboo
by Douglas Fir- 1 reply
I'm looking if possible for a cutting or root base from where to grow this bamboo in pots. I live in Spain so take in mind it will have to travel half the world. I'm willing to pay no more than 10€/$ in total, so if you think that's too low, make me a better offer, I'm always willing to listen! I would really appreciate photos of it's main clump if possible to make sure it's the species. Thanks! Cheers.

Was fortunate enough to tour a local palm members palm yard today and was able to see lots of cool specimens. Needless to say I’m now on the hunt for a couple of the species I saw namely rhopalostylus Chatham island & chambeyronia houailou. Would be looking for something in a 1gal - 5gal from a grower in Southern California preferably Orange County for pick up. Anything grown outside of a greenhouse would be a plus as well.
