    This baby 'io (Hawaiian Hawk) was stuck here for a while today. It is probably it's first day out of the nest. The parents were flying around trying to encourage it. 'Io are endangered and only found on the Big Island, we have been lucky to have a pair nest around the property just about every year since we've been here.

    This bunch of ripe fruit on our Butia caught my eye. Very unusual to have it hanging around like this . The high temps and humidity must of curbed the appetite of the squirrels! It is cooler this morning so maybe these will be gone by tomorrow. HarryIMG_2072.jpeg

    I think the Bromeliads are beautiful , too much sun or not . The color is spectacular! Oh….nice C. Baronial too😄. Harry
