I've already germinated a good batch of Bismarckia Nobilis Silver seeds. I'm waiting for the first leaf to sprout and see that red tip.

¡Gracias!

Bismarckia palms are the most magnificent palm trees you could ever own or contemplate. I hope to learn more about this beautiful palm tree.

Bismarckia are very beautiful. I never thought a palm tree like this existed. Or here, germinating a batch of Bismarckia Noilis Silver. I hope for good results. I've already germinated several.

Make sure you start them in deep pots at least 36mm.  They put down a very long radical.  I've germinated 3 of 5 seeds so far after just a month or so.  Best of luck with yours!  :)

Of course, my friend, some have longer roots than others. Each Bismarckia has a different root system, as I've been able to confirm. When they germinated, I immediately placed them in long pots. I put them in a clear bottle to observe the root's behavior. It turned out that the root curls up like a spring when it reaches the end of the bottle. And yet, it's still alive.

Yes, the Brahea Armata are germinating. They're very beautiful. There are about three people in Chile who have Bismarckia. My friend and I, and two other individuals.
