This is a picture of my L. Decepiens/Decora (foreground) bent to the ground with ice (Jan 07).  The fronds permanently stayed bent downward after the storm but the palm survived.  It quickly re-grew it's crown and looks great today.  This year it saw temps as low as 23F and didn't even get nipped.  Jv

Wel thanks for all your reactions and foto,s!!!! i learned a lot about liVIstonia,s even howyou write it. I planted them yesterday and we gonna see how they sail.
