  1. ..or as folk would say, "What goes around, comes around." I spent several hours this afternoon gathering information of fraudulent PayPal activity to submit to the police, against a buyer who purchased an item from me on eBay. The person concerned filed a "chargeback" against me, whereby PayPal reverse the transaction and refund the buyer. This can amount to a criminal offence (as opposed to a civil offence) when the buyer is stating that they, or nobody authorized by them was involved in the purchase, when in fact, the opposite can be proven to be true. To cut a long story short, I was feeling pretty pessimistic at the prospect of actually getting anywhere with this. Then just a while ago, somebody sent me $120 dollars via PayPal. It was a PayPal "Instant Payment", so as good as cash in the bank, except it was meant for somebody else. I wrote straight back to explain the mix-up, and within five minutes I'd refunded their money and made their day. "For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.” Luke 6:38 .. and Pink Floyd's "Money" has just fired up on the radio. Doesn't get better than that.
