Anyone is allowed to list sought after items (start topics) in this forum. Inquiries will be removed 60 days after the original posting unless otherwise requested.

Please remember that only IPS Members can offer palms and plants for sale. And please do not suggest a vendor unless you are certain they are an IPS Member.

The IPS provides this subforum as a courtesy to all those interested in palms. When discussing new acquisitions, deals, or availability of palms/plants, please refrain from mentioning the names of Big Box stores, nurseries, or other outlets that are not IPS Members. Third parties will be permitted to mention the source, price, or availability of plants, seeds, or garden related products in the course of normal Forum discussions if directly acquired from or offered by IPS Members only. Promotional intent or language by third parties should be avoided.

I have an existing plant with about 5 feet of stem, but it is entirely and always just green. I collected it along the Saddle Road above Hilo. Supposedly the red form is found around Waimea.     Does anyone have seeds or seedlings of Bald Head Island sabal palmettos or Phoenix canariensis? Having problems getting them to grow from seed. Got plenty of sabal palmettos from SC, LA, and FL. The NC ones are eluding me, also cannot get a CIDP to sprout. Thank you.
