You could try messaging @tinman10101, I bought a nice Vulcano from him earlier this spring.  He may have a couple more for sale.

A 2 to 4 inch bagged rootball doesn't sound like a proven plant. Not every seed from a vulcano mother produces the desired offspring. I have 2 community pots of these,planted just last spring. It will probably be another 3 years before I could even pick out the winners with the true vulcano traits. All I can say at this point is they appear to be the right shade of green for vulcano.

Exactly what Scott said.  From what I've read there's just a 40% chance that the vulcano traits come true from seed so it's best to get a larger plant.

Spot on. Vulcano traits display on a spectrum from none to extreme. Out of 40-50 germinated seedlings you will be lucky to get one with extreme volcano traits.

I was digging around on the UK EPS and saw your vulcano. The guys on there are very strict about qualifies as a true vulcano, but I'm a fan of the compact form in general, even if it's not extreme.

Back in 2009/2010 an Italian member of EPS sent me  around 40-50 Vulcano seeds he had harvested. Most germinated as normal, others showed varying volcano traits. I planted the most extreme seedling on the north side of my garden lot where its has grown at a reasonably slow pace. A few years ago I posted photos of its progress on the EPS forum. All members that saw them told I did not have a true volcano and pointed out disqualifying traits. They also speculated that it was this variety or that variety I'd never heard of but couldn't agree on what it actually is. Who was I to argue their verdict on their native palm? So, yeah, they know they're Chamaerops. Which begs the question: how trustworthy are all the sources of volcano seeds, esp. in the US?

So, out of 40-50 volcano seeds I tried a dozen years ago, I may not have any legitimate volcano. I gave away most of those palms but keep 3-4 that showed some bit of volcano(?) heritage. Getting a primo example of a volcano Chamaerops ranks up with finding an extreme Areca catechu Dwarf.

I have a female vulcano I grew from RPS seeds. It usually produces seeds every other year for me.

Hopefully some of your seedlings will show more of the vulcano traits.  It's a beauty nevertheless!  I like the orange fruits more than the more typical dull red.

Yes. That was one of the things I noticed immediately is the yellow/orange fruits vs. red/brown of a typical med fan. The individual fruits are also much smaller being only 1/2 to 1/3 the size of a standard med fan.

This got me thinking, does anyone stateside still order from RPS? I used to order from there years ago too, but they seem to want to disincentivize people from ordering outside of Europe, which is a shame. They used to have a lot of cool stuff on there.

I stopped ordering after RPS insisted on foisting on me phytosanitary paperwork at the cost of $60+ per order. Even that doesn’t guarantee the seeds won’t be seized by US Customs anyway - that’s happened to buyers who jumped through all the documentation hoops. I can’t justify ordering 10 or 20 seeds that may or may not be viable, then paying an extra $100 in shipping and fees. Too bad. I hope they can dig up enough European customers to pay their expenses.
