Anyone is allowed to list sought after items (start topics) in this forum. Inquiries will be removed 60 days after the original posting unless otherwise requested.
Please remember that only IPS Members can offer palms and plants for sale. And please do not suggest a vendor unless you are certain they are an IPS Member.
The IPS provides this subforum as a courtesy to all those interested in palms. When discussing new acquisitions, deals, or availability of palms/plants, please refrain from mentioning the names of Big Box stores, nurseries, or other outlets that are not IPS Members. Third parties will be permitted to mention the source, price, or availability of plants, seeds, or garden related products in the course of normal Forum discussions if directly acquired from or offered by IPS Members only. Promotional intent or language by third parties should be avoided.

Looking for a Sabal Palmetto tree that is at least 7-8 ft or more in height. I live in Cathedral City, California in the Mojave Desert and am interested in any contacts within California where I might find this species...not interested in the seeds or a 3 gallon palm as I know how slow these do grow and have a need for a large speciman palm....really interested only in Sabal Palmetto...but if this proves impossible to find....a large one in California...then I might consider Sabal Bermudana or Sabal Texana/Mexicana as alternatives...of same size.

This may seem a silly thing to request as both the Livistona Drudei and Livistona sp. 'Blackdown' are native plants to state that I live in, but after 12 years of futile searching I am yet to obtain either of them. I would prefer smaller sizes as I am in a wheelchair and can only manage to dig holes about 200 ml wide and 300 ml deep max. But hey I will be very flexible about this as Iwant them so much. Also if anyone could put me onto a Livistona Robinsoniana (from the Philippines) I would be eternally grateful. Hopefully somebody will have at least one or two of them. Thanks, …

I am looking for Microcycas calocoma and Encephalartos latifrons seeds I know these arent palms but many of you grow cycads too or even own nurseries raising them!So,has any of you got any sure,pure seeds of these species or maybe know a good and reliable source to buy them?Even a few would do and so if you had bought some in the past and maybe have a few spare left,i would love to buy from you if you got them of a reliable source Also,i could think about fullfilling minimum orders of these in case its needed...
