Has anyone done  business with this website seller ?  Is this a legitimate vendor ?  Sometimes when extremely rare plants are offered it's  "buyer beware' !  Thanks

This is a legitimate vendor.  However, it is located in the Netherlands,  selling primarily to the EU and does not offer phytosanitary for plant shipments to the USA.  This means that the plant material would most likely be confiscated and destroyed by the USDA Ag agents.   Been there, done that !

And I suppose you got a Bill 💸 for your trouble?

He doesn't make a phytosanitary certificate but I highly recommend it to everyone in Europe, I bought from him once, very professional and honest.
