I received the hard-copy this week and while the address was correct (which is why I received it), the actual name was someone else's. Did anyone else notice the same problem, and is this a problem with the IPS database or something else. My profile seems to be correct on members.palms.org, though I see no address filled in there.

I had the same issue.
