Palms journal - printing error vol 69(3)

I received my Palms journal in the mail yesterday and when I opened it last night lo and behold something was wacky with the pagination...after looking more closely I see that the outer printer's signature (i.e., first 8 pages and last 8 pages of the text stapled inside the cover of the magazine) consists of a duplication of one of the interior signatures (p115-122 at front and 139-146 at the back), so lots of info is missing, including table of contents and much of the article on Colpothrinax cookii in Mexico, etc.

Has anyone else noticed this in their copies? I'm assuming it's a goof on the whole run...if so, I wanted to raise attention to it so the problem can be fixed. And this issue hasn't yet made it to the IPS website, so a bit difficult to know what exactly is missing...

Mine arrived with the correct address on the paper insert, but the name was incorrect.

I just looked and mine was also sent to another member but at my address...oops!

Am I the only one who had the printer's collation error, however? I have a feeling others may have the problem but perhaps just haven't cracked the magazine to discover it. I wonder if the IPS has maybe just changed printers with a bit of a rough transition, which happens, of course.

However, I just noticed that the issue has finally hit the IPS main site and I've downloaded it so that I at least have a full copy of the publication. All's well that ends well...

I just paged through mine.  No duplication issue on the actual publication.
