Hey All

My Mule Palm spear pulled a month ago. Have been doing peroxide and copper fungicide. It looks ok but no new growth.

How long does it take, I have it setting where it gets a few hours sun in the morning but shade in the afternoon when its sooo hot here in AZ.

Am I doing anything wrong or should I be doing something else? We really want to save it.20250722_062237.thumb.jpg.bc234370a8308a1d16bd299189523c8b.jpg

Sounds like you are doing all the right things.  It can take palms a few months to start pushing new growth.  With the heat you get I would think some species would slow down during the peak of summer.  If you start to see more fronds browning off then that's a bad sign.

Ok good to know, there is no foul smell and the trunk is in good shape. I do still here a little fizzing when pouring the peroxide in. Then I wait an hour or so and do the copper fungicide. I do that once a week...
