Hi, could you tell me what variety of papaya is the one in the photo? I bought it at Lidl and it says that the country of origin is Spain. I assumed that it is a papaya from the Canary Islands and in that case it could be one of the varieties that starts to bear fruit even at low height (like the Honey Dwarf). But now I want to know from you experts what variety it is.

I haven't cut it to eat it yet. When I open it I'll take some pictures

This is what the inside of the fruit looks like. Also, the skin has gone from the green you see in the photo to orange.

Does anyone recognize the variety from this fruit? Not even Spanish users?

So that's maybe the Canary Island papaya?  I am sorry, I have grown papaya but I don't know much about it.
