Im already in hawaii and its beautiful! Fourth time for gods sake, no kid would ever experience this their fourth time. Anyways, back to to the point,  I couldn't find seeds today around the palms in the garden view area of the condominium building. Hopefully I can find some when I explore more of maui.

Still no seeds yet, but wondering in the desert of Maui, why is there randomly a date palm or cocothrinax palm or Mexican fan palm in the middle of nowhere in the desert.

Don't forget those Trithrinax campestris I PM'd you about. Wish I could join you in your seed quest. Hope you have a great time searching in paradise!

Whalers, missionaries, Portuguese(Madeira/Azores), are some from the top of my head.

I went to an arboretum on road to Hana and I got livinstonia seeds, Manila palm seeds, oil palm seeds, golden fruit palm seeds, Everglades palm, and some Queen palm hybrids! Message me for more details! Dollar per seed!
