Sabal species id

One of my neighbors has this Sabal in his front yard.  I don't know my Sabal species well enough to id the species.  Hoping for some help.

Looks pretty typical of S palmetto and I guess it’s the most common so most likely. But honestly there’s a few that I’d struggle to tell apart other than from seed size e.g bermudana.

My take on an ID is a cultivar known as Sabal 'Blackburniana'.
