I don’t . I will go down the hill and take a pic later today if I get the chance. It is quite thick now , I’m glad I planted it down at the bottom of my hill next to the Washingtonia R.

Should I let it do its thing or push it back somehow in the cup?

Phoenix root aggressively; most people brake-off the runaway roots, which theoretically sets them back, although Phoenix typically grow like freight trains and seem not to notice.

I prefer to repot often, in hopes of maximizing the growth potential of the existing root system.

I’ve removed the soil and repacked everything in the same cup.

do you think it’s already time to repot them?

at this stage in which almost every seed sprouted, except for 2, do they need more light?

Little update, seems like most of them are male.

i still keep them on the radiator to keep the temperature higher and I’ve been using a 2w ikea led lamp that seems to do the job evens if it’s not a grow lamp.

Update

few of them were given away, two of them are starting to push out a second leaf, do you guys think they will handle staying outdoor?

will I have to recover them next winter?

the 4 years old potted one, has stayed outside all winter in my patio, with no protection except for the pot being covered with plant cover and surivived with no damage (lowest temp was -5c overnight)

We’re too far, otherwise I would have suggested a trade!

Btw 9 of the seedlings remained, the other are gone as gifts.

4 of them already have a second leaf, but some of them are pushing up outside the soil the roots on where the seed it’s attached, is that a sign that they need to be repotted?

i’ve tried digging a little hole and pushing it back in soil but after few days they will pop up again.

I also added a cheap Amazon full spectrum growlight that stays on 12 hrs/day and they’re still on top of my radiator to provide extra heat
