80 late next week all across the northeast to central new england. Mid 80s in a dry spring Albany NY at the top of the hudson valley.  

Albany/Troy holds the NY state record high temp of 107 F 42 C slightly eclipsing NYC's 105 ish. 
Both were recorded 100+ years ago when stations might have been too close to the ground.

Across most of New York state it was a record early spring heat wave, five days above 80 in a row, April 12 to 16, some upstate spots, not NYC, hit 90 once or twice. Minnesota also was near 90 but oddly during the spring switch the upper plains get hotter than the east but with dry air. it's been 110 in Fargo ND.
