Yep, reminds me of when we were on the way to Fiji.  We overnighted in LA and went to Rodeo Drive to pass some time.  We didn't see a store there we don't have on Worth Ave.  

I had 3 washies in my yard and cut them down.  They don't make nice yard palms.  They get too tall and then you just have telephone poles in your yard.  Plus the dead fronds attract rats and I don't want anything that attracts rats!
