This guy contacted me via private messages and said he has some seeds for sale that I need. I have previously asked for nikau and bangalow seeds on the forum here in the category /wanted seeds for sale.

He asked me to transfer 70 dollars for the seeds, which I have already done in November! Then he has said that he will send me seeds, or will refund money if he will be unable to send them because, as he said, he is struggling with a number of problems in his life now, and is unsure when he can send seeds . I said ok, you can just refund me the full amount if you will be not able to send seeds to me.
for 1.5 months I have not received any response from him, he has left the conversation on messages here on forum , and does not respond to my messages at all. In addition, he is  logged on to the forum here, but just ignores my emails and messages on the forum.
In addition, I was a bit stupid,  cause he said that he has these seeds that I need and that someone else is interested, so I have to pay as soon as possible, because there are more people who want to buy them, then he started talking nonsense about how  difficult is life for him now, and that he will send seeds after several weeks, which never happened, I also asked for a tracking number which I never got.
In addition, I tried to contact him via Facebook and have never received a reply from him there, instead he has blocked me there.

I have also sent him a request via paypal for a refund, and have never received a reply to that either.

I recommend everyone to be careful with him, he is a scammer.

I have heard several people on this Forum complaining about this guy. I believe u are dealing with a crook. He wanted Sabal Seeds from me and contacted me twice. But he never sent money, so I didn’t send seeds. However, He gave me his zip code, 34453, which is Inverness, FL. He has an arrest record for Theft.

yeah he is  a bad person! i will contact paypal, i hope they can refund me my money, and close his account

I have also had a similar experience with him. He wanted my Sabal seeds too,but never followed through... After a few back and forth conversations, it did seem that he was having some mental issues.  Very strange individual.

@The Silent Seed posted a review for this PalmTalk user, but it appears they were using the name Chad Ross(?) as well as another online handle SabalFreak352 (?).

It caught my eye that this is a PayPal transaction as back in June this user account stated they do not use PayPal:

I have no personal interaction with this individual in the buying/selling space.  The posters above are among the best to do business with from my perspective as of the date of this post.

Just a reminder to everyone use PayPal but don't use friends and family unless you absolutely trust the person or have done transactions in the past. Paypals fraud dept is top notch and usually just takes a lil time to get your money back.

yeah , i will try to contact paypal, dont remember which function i used i hope it was not paypal friends and family, will contact them via chat,
