How to appear as an IPS member

I was just wondering how to appear as an "IPS member" on my posts and not as a "forum member".

Of course it is only a detail !

Thanks for your answers,

Phil

If you are currently a member and wish to be designated as such, just let me know.

When I make the changes, the designation will appear along with the icon. Then you can choose another avatar of your choice.

Thanks to those of you who help make this a fun and friendly forum.

Hey guys - have I been asleep (?)- but it was my understanding that those of us who are IPS members are so designated by Logo.

Anyway I am currently designing an (IPS only members badge) tho it will take time as I am using the slowest process out - anodic deposition on a graphite coated cathode.

So far the cathodes have all cracked and I need a better release agent!

I suppose its not that important as our Executive are only too aware of who is a member and who is not.

If I go for a second membership it should be for the SoCal chapter. Costa Rica sounds like a great place to be growing palms.

I wish I had an Austin Powers-type reply to the two headed comment.

With a bit of luck ALL members - new or otherwise - should have the IPS logo/avatar/symbol next to their name from now on.

The powers that be do take note of all feedback.

Anyway Im still working on a prototype IPS badge but am still managing to crack all my Plaster of Paris moulds.

|I may be a nuisance as many can testify BUt I am at least a perstistant nuisance as those of you who have seen me in action (ha! etc) will know.

Sure I had to be pulled and pushed up and down that slope (dogs tooth limestone) in the DR but I refused all

the offers to turn back.

Stoopid? Probably.

Quiter? Never.

I shall make a prototype badge eventually.

I have been wondering about this same question and lo and behold I am not alone!  Dear Sir Moderator, could you also make this change for me to be shown as an IPS member?  Thank you kindly.  Cheers, Catherine
