Looks like it has some "legs" in the first photo. That could be a very important detail.

Hmm...

The stem, stilt roots and leaf bases remind me of Physokentia, but the leaf and leaflets are very different. Plus, members of Physokentia are indigenous to areas in the West Pacific... not as much Indonesia, if that is where the photo was taken.

Maybe more photos, background info might help in narrowing it down, to genus at least.
