Good afternoon! 
Today I saw a Variegated Washingtonia in Tempe Arizona, in front of someone’s business. First one I’ve seen in person randomly around. Enjoy.

Where is this at? Would love to visit! And I have to go down to Tempe this weekend!!

Looks like the variegated leaves have some burn while the green do not.  Quite a striking palm!

That is probably the best looking variegated palm I’ve seen. I’m usually not a “fan”of variegation but this one is great!

Very cool find! I've had seedlings come up without any chlorophyll,but never varigated.

Thats awesome...I like the stripped petioles and the coloration is

great in that palm,to bad the light part burns but they probably grow fastest enough to 

always be putting out some nice leaves :greenthumb:

Looks to be a filibusta so at least a couple of years before it flowers.  I've seen them flower and set seed here with as little as 6' of trunk.

Would seeds from this palm produce variegated seedlings? Or would it just be completely random.

Very good chance that SOME of the seeds will produce varigation. Varigated plants generally don't look good in Arizona blazing summer sun though.
