Growing Licuala petiolulata indoors

I've been asked by a client to find a rare/unique palm to grow as a 'statement piece' in their condo.  After poking around online I settled on ordering a licuala petiolulata, should get here early next week.  My plan is to acclimate it in my apartment for a month or so where I can be sure it has ideal growing conditions so it can recover from any shipping shock, I've had problems in the past with l. grandis being very sensitive to shipping so I want to make sure it's healthy and pushing growth before I deliver the final piece to my client.  It looks like a relatively mature specimen in a 3 gal. pot so I'm hopeful it'll bounce back nicely after it's journey from Florida to Seattle.  

Does anyone have any tips/things to avoid for success growing this palm indoors?  Thanks in advance!
