I'm not great at IDs, but it's a Macrozamia - just not sure what type. Communis?

Some kind of Macrozamia, yes. I don't think communis. Douglasii?

Yes, I'm calling it Macrozamia douglasii. I looked up a lot of macrozamias and this looks closest. I'd be happy if someone corrects me (good way to learn more).
