Next visit, check out the Satakentia.  It's on the garden side of the visitor center, opposite the colorful Eucalyptus.

Fantaastic photos! I love those with the spiny trunks, very cool. and that Eucalyptus is gorgeous!

Wow, everything is so much taller than last time I was there, and that was only 2 years ago!  Those carpoxylons have put on at least 2 feet of trunk

Excellent pics!  Thanks for posting them.  It's been a few years since I have been to Fairchild.  Things have grown so much!  It looks like I need to make a return visit next time I am in the U.S.
