Here's some pics from the First A.tuckeri give-a-way thread.  These are inside only, Nebraska raised, and now about 2 years since Dave mailed them out in July of 2015.

How're yours doing?

No  archies here in Germany. Do they need such long? They are in the propagator since December 2016

To be honest, I belief yes..... nearly all of them without documents...

Last year a friend from the US was sending me some rhizomes of Yucca plants without certificate. I paid about 60$ for scrapping them.

If you want to try don"t add your sending address and in case of the customs will ask me I do not know anything....

Then they will destroy them without payment by me....

Do you have better experiences?

This is a 50/50 chance;)

None of my seeds germinated either, so may have had the same fate :(

Moving locations update.  This is my survivor.  It's doing okay?  Top of frond is nearly 5 feet above the floor, I expect the next spear to push to nearly six before spreading and bending.

Dave these two front kings were from your free seed a few years ago. They are happy as clams.

By the way the bigger Tuckerii in the back was one planted a couple years before the two I got from DoomsDave. The roots of that bigger one have probably tapped into the canal water about 4-5 feet from the trunk and the water is brackish. So looks like the salt doesn’t hurt it.

Just hopping in to say thank you! I got your seeds about 2 months ago now. I came a little late to the party, I didn’t get any germination in my station unfortunately. They’re RIP in my little “seed graveyard” by my tough little Cocos that made it through last winter unprotected (albeit a warm winter that didn’t drop below 34 F but had a number of chilly nights below 40F and days that didn’t hit 50F). Hey, maybe Palm luck is contagious!!! ;) I’ll let you guys know if I get any of ‘em to pop!

Tucker is defoliating...

Anybody else growing in pots?  Tuck was going so well when I took the above photo, but now he's down to 2 1/2 fronds.  No evidence of spider mites or any other parasite, no fungus, just fronds dying back?  Does this species need a bigger/deeper pot?  Things aren't dire yet, but I'm worried about recent developments.
