Here's my new method I'm trying. Moist perlite exposed to sprinklers in a warm greenhouse. Seeds won't dry out. Stays warm. Let's see. Lots of different seeds to observe.

you might want to consider a humidity dome for you seed trays.

Good Morning Josh: The greenhouse stays plenty moist. Automatic irrigation 4 days a weeks. The perlite keeps the seeds moist. Are you thinking just putting cellophane over the top. It's 70s at night and 90s in the day in there. My experience with perlite is that too wet happens more than too dry. I'll watch it. If the seed tops dry out a bit, I might lay a paper towel over the top to see if that regulates a bit better. Thanks for the thoughts.
