I got this maybe 3 or 4 years ago and only knew it was basselinia. My thoughts are that its basselinia glabrata but I've read that they have 4-6" trunks while mine is only about an inch and a half. It's not what I'd call a slow palm either. More of a medium grower and put on trunk pretty quick. What you say?

It's glabrata.  See Realarch's post from earlier today. His crownshafts are reddish but mine here in Nor Cal is greenish like yours.  It might have to do with our climate or age of the palm.

Sorry, just looked at the post from earlier.  Realarch has gracilis.  I saw Basselinia g.... and read glabrata.  Sorry for any confusion but they do look similar as far as the petiole color.
