Variegated Rhapis excelsa - Taizannishiki - Grade 1 ranking. Originated in Taiwan, parent plant unknown. Discovered in 1987.

Dypsis fortifolia. Not sure if yours is this but my favorite (small) dypsis.  If you look through the weeds you can see it is throwing a second red leaf

Looks like it. Thanks for the name. I got it from Bill Austin without a tag so I wasn’t sure. Yours looks great.
