Dypsis fortifolia. Not sure if yours is this but my favorite (small) dypsis.  If you look through the weeds you can see it is throwing a second red leaf

Looks like it. Thanks for the name. I got it from Bill Austin without a tag so I wasn’t sure. Yours looks great.
