In early March we had the pleasure of having Darold Petty and his partner Jan as our guests for one week of fun filled traveling plus a few palm gardens thrown in the Mix.

After arriving back at our place Darold gave my Lepidorrachis the thumbs up !

Then we headed up to Scamander where the mild coastl temps lots of palms around and great surfing make it a perfect place to my mate Ed Wolski

Ed has quite a few different palms planted around his place and say ----

Electrocuting his palms has made them grow a lot faster than normal and that his mate in Queensland swears by it ! :bemused: better use the fertilizer money to buy batteries

It will only take a few Coast Live Oaks and some California poppies to make this look just like California.

Blackface. Hmm, respectful to a person's wishes, yes, but distracting nonetheless (maybe mosaic next time...?). Loved the scenery and tour in general. Tasmania looks wonderful.
