I find this plant for sale here and there, but can find it nowhere in the literature… is it a real thing, or a plant that used to have another name?

I have never seen it--was clicking on this post to hopefully see a neat and new palm for my garden... Calyptrocalyx has been an overall success for me; hope we get more info
