My young A. purpureas and large baronii have very light scorching from Wednesday, my 10' Monstera has the very top of it's canopy browned also. Nothing close to January '07. Hopefully, this is the last night under 40 for awhile and we can get some nice 70 degree days so the palms can move on from the trauma they have been experiencing... That's why I live here and not there. Jeff, I have much empathy for our Cali friends. Feeling so guilty drinking egg nog, watching the fire works whilst wearing a sleeveless Miami Heat jersey outside at the midnight hour.
