around here big lavish unfinished houses mean one thing and one thing only, the owner will be back in 10 to 20 years maybe sooner if he's a good boy...or he's a talented singer!!

That is strange, unfathomable, and hilarious too.  Wonder what eccentric lives there.  Those washies have been slightly maintained, not being entirely skirted, but it looks like they're just going to bust their boxes and walk off one night!

Zone 10a at best after 2007 AND 2013, on SW facing hill, 1 1/2 miles from coast in Oceanside, CA. 30-98 degrees, and 45-80deg. about 95% of the time.

Now that I have downloaded more, I know exactly where that house is.  I used to drive by it almost daily when I lived in Spring Valley on my way to work in Vista.  It was a project THEN too.

PS- I moved HERE in 1994!   ???
