These are certainly not mine, nor are they actually anyone’s (thankfully).  
Here are Latania lontaroides seedlings in habitat, Petite-Ile, La Réunion.

I aslo grew them from seed and found them to also be fast, about as fast as my Bismarckias up to a certain height. After about 10 feet of trunk they slowed down and the Bismarckias grew faster. Still, a Latania lontaroides with 10 feet of trunk is pretty big.
