As said in last post (Ehretia dicksonii) ; Montreux's micoclimate allow to grow (or try) some interesting collection,

Since 1970's, the municipal gardens developed a kind of "jardin planétaire" (global garden) and urban botanic garden.
Last rarity is certainly the Wollemia, and last year's winter killed many palms like lovely Brahea, but it will come again...

These Trachycarpus are more than 30 years old.
