When to put sprouted palms under lights?

Hello,

I have this setup (see picture attached - I hope it worked) and some of my wodveitchia seeds have sprouted. The longest is 1 inch. I do not have them in any light right now really just ambient light from a window a ways away. What should I do now?

As they go outside watch out for squirrels they will wipe them out when small

Thanks. I don't have to worry about squirrels I just need to know when to put them into a grow light. They just have the single shoot but no true leaf yet. Once they have this small shoot is it time to take off bottom heat and just put them in sun (or in my case, a grow light for the winter)?
