IPS FORUM LOGO FOR IPS MEMBERS

There has been a lot of requests recently asking how to get the IPS logo under your name when you post. First, of course, is you need to be an IPS member. Second, you need to let me know you are a member, and that you wish to have the logo displayed when you post. So if you PM me and give me some indication of your member status, I will check it out and make the neccesary changes. If you have just joined, let me know when, and if you can give me a copy of any confirmation you have received, I can initiate the changes more quickly. If you wish to join, click on the link at the very top of the page to the IPS Home Page.

Hello to everyone. This is my first post on this forum. I was a long time member of what used to be "gardenweb". I live in Farmington Hills Michigan and have been growing palms and other tropicals for about 11 years. Everything I grow is potted "although I have grown cold hardy palms in the ground before. I'm in zone 6A. I currently have a Trachy Fort., two 6 year old Bottle Palms (I started from seed), a Butia, A couple of Washintonia Filiferas I started from seed last winter, and a couple of Sabal Minors (got one to bloom for the first time last spring).Various other non-palm tropicals (including a lime tree and pineapple plant) Anyone else up here in the north with the…

i made a post and when i posted it it said there was an error, i refreshed it and it told me to wait 50 seconds so i did. then i uploaded it and i looked at my posts and showed the same post twice. i edited the the other post to say "sorry, this post is an error" but i want to get rid of the post. does anybody know how to?
