Great shots Bob. San Jacinto is the best mountain in SoCal. I can see it from my back deck, over 80 miles away.

Do you live in San Diego or Palm Springs? Both?

Very nice pics, mountians in the bay area only peak at 4000 feet at the highest, rarely snow up there, but this storm there was.

Just one last question. Is there any possibility of California allowing the Keys to borrow those snow covered Mountains for one day?

Well ok, but please return then by Monday.

Great pics everyone!

And thanks Randall for the mountain loan!

Well I was open to being wrong, but I think Randall's pic pretty much seals the deal on the original pic in the thread being an undoctored, pure photo :winkie:

I'll give you that those are So Cal mountains, I'll maybe even give you that is looking from Pacific Coast Highway near Huntington Harbor, and those are homes around that harbor, jury still out? :hmm:

But I still beleive that is an enhanced /photoshopped image of the mountains relative to those homes in the foreground, even if it did come from a quasi news source the O C Register! just sayin! :)

But I could be WRONG!

Got to love those San Jacinto Mountains and Palm Springs. The first snow my oldest saw was when he was around 10 at the top of the Tram!
