Dear Friends :)

I want to know wheather the male phoenix,especially the date palms want they put out flowers annually.Since this year our male date palm has not flowered at all ? :hmm:

Any thoughts as why this happened !

Dear Friends :)

Some good news ! yesterday while i was surfing(moving around) our garden..i noticed that this year our male date palm is putting out the flowering stalk..Iam glad its doing so.I will cover stills of these in stages,in the coming days & weeks.

And do any one of you know how to remove those pollen & preserve the pollen.Is there any life expectancy for these collected pollen ? :hmm:

Of the 2 flowering stalks,one has lost all the flowers in a weeks time and it appears like this..
