Hello! Could anyone help me to find coconut varieties that has short leaves under 3 meters or exactly 3 meters and stays dwarf when mature?

I've searched it on google but it doesn't seems right, google said some varieties like Fiji Dwarf, Chowghat Green Dwarf, Chowghat Orange Dwarf, Malayan Dwarf, and Green Niño. But I don't think they have small and short leaves when mature since I've watched some videos on youtube that were showing these varieties, and they're still huge for me...

I am not sure what varieties they are as there are so many hybrids in Florida , but I think your best bet would be to buy a more mature palm with some trunk that has distinctly dwarfed characteristics (not unhealthy). I have observed some beautiful dwarfs that seem to be a mix of types with trunks only 13 to 16 cm in diameter and leaves that are about 2.5 to 3 meters in length at most.

@PlantsEnjoyer I'm not sure if a Red Spicata would fit the bill or not, but it was more diminutive in stature than most of the other varieties I've grown.

I have images from the google street view of coconuts beside the road that sometimes I pass through it, they seems like dwarfed characteristics and has really short leaves, perhaps the same as you were mentioned. I don't know if this is somekind of variety or due to pruning (dwarf effect), but the coconut is still flowering and fruiting nicely. It has a slender stem, yellow coloring on the petioles and fruits.

If we look at it, it has gotten taller and differences in the leaves. In 2013, the leaves looks more longer than in 2024.

Well I'm still not sure about that since I've saw lots of coconuts here in Indonesia that has smaller frond length. But I don't know the truth though, perhaps it could be done by pruning or just another variety that we don't know🤷
