When I was a kid, and living in S. Georgia, we used crawdads as fish bait. Later on in life I learned in San Antonio how delicious they are. There was some restaurant along the River Walk that specalized in steamed crawdads. They went down wonderfull with a nice cool glass of sudds.

why thank you Keith, we dont usually have crawfish boil like this, but we do have shrimp boils like this. I have  a customer  that likes to trade palms for number 8 shrimp.

I will say this, I am wore out from yesterday, I dont drink but I feel pretty rough this morning...its a lotta work but we had a great time! Today gotta peel the leftovers for etoufe!

finally its inside, skipped a few steps shoving it in but it gets wilder yet!

all loaded down and ready to get back on the road!

Martin came back a few minutes later and we had to adjust the load, which I didnt take pictures of but should have, it consisted of removing the camper top and dropping the single phoenix in nex to the double, and re attching the top,..martin called a few minutes ago to say all is well and he was on his way back to san angelo!
