My not so fresh seeds from RPS didn't do so good. I'll wait till they get some new ones.

Now the Joeys on the other hand...😁

Limited to indoor cultivation for these of course, but I'll get my big slice of land in the Canary Islands in a few years🏝️

When you get to the Canary Islands plant as many as you can you won’t regret it, go to town and plant joeys like I have so far a dozen good well established seedlings. And I have more than enough joeys and Kerriodoxas to see me out planting them!

How much land do you have btw @happypalms?

I have 5 acres but that’s on hillside so more land really, as they measure land flat and with a hillside you get that extra land due to the slope. So about 7 acres give or take, but plenty of room to garden in which is about 2.5 acres of garden!

Have been looking at plots online recently, is it a good size for ya or do you wish you had more? It's sometimes feels a bit abstract. I'm still a year or two from committing just trying to get a good understanding, certainly been enjoying seeing the species you've been growing and planting, but also have a bit of a fondness got the big monster palms I've seen on my travels haha.

Just buy that plot of land the sooner the better, and plant as many palms as you can. Iam happy with my block of land, 28 years living on my land and love it. Buy your plot of land and build your dream garden. It does take a long time for a palm garden to grow so the sooner you start the better, and if you need more time before you buy, start growing your collection in pots so when you get your land, you will have a head start on the palm collection and palms to plant good luck. But never stop growing and collecting palms and one day your dream garden will appear!

Gentlemen, Richard's jungle is magnificent. It's truly awe-inspiring and inspires awe. It's pure Hawaiian jungle.

But what you have in palm trees is tropical. I don't have a tropical climate where I live in Chile, but the palm trees I have are.
