Funny, I remember Dave talking about getting his at Tropical Connection. They are off the 78. Jaswinds' is in San Marcos next left past Twin Oaks Valley Rd. Right next to one of the Bamboo HQs growing/staging areas.  I call that whole area Vista. :)

Jaswinds is a funny place. I have been there a few times. Each time I have never meet anyone that speaks English. I end up leaving never buying anything. Plus they really only have bulk things of stuff I do not need. But I know they have brought in some great palm loads before - so I keep checking in. I figured Dave was right in saying they have some now too, but maybe he meant TC.

Len you only get english when it is time to pay. That was my first palm nursery other than Home Depot when I first started getting into palms. What's up Dave trying to bogart all the botryphora's?

I hit 29F last week, and have to wonder how a Foxtail, even larger and planted better, would have handled that.

Terry-

As soon as I get home today, Ill be able to tell you about that.  It was 29.5F at my house and there are a bunch of Foxtails of various sizes on my street and in my yard.

My Foxtail, recently planted saw 31, and then 26.2 the next night.  30 percent foliage burn.  Other than that, it looks fine.   I just hope we are done with the hard stuff, but it is still early January.
