I asked about some spots on my Christmas palms awhile back. Today I found all of these patches on my juvenile Christmas palms, I have two identical plants and both have them, mostly on the top newer fronds on this one. These spots were not there a few days ago

NOTE: 

I did recently have a pest person come by and spray, not sure if it’s related. There was also the recent brief frost at 34 degrees; these were covered with frost covers

It does look like chemical burn? I have worked in the orchard industry for a few years and have seen similar looking symptoms.

That’s what I was afraid of. Trying to figure out what my lawn guy could have sprayed, guessing most likely a herbicide.

That’s the culprit then, if you say he used herbicide!

Can’t say for sure but doesn’t look like my normal frost burn. Temp makes it possible but not what mine have looked like.
