Please help me ID this palm

This little guy (about a foot tall) just popped up out of nowhere in my gravel driveway (Kihei, HI). Can't stay there, so I'd like to dig it up and replant in a better location.  But I want to know how big it'll get, how much room from structures and other plants, how much sun it'll need etc.  There are lots of other palms in the neighborhood, but not with the fan leaves, so the seed must've traveled a ways to end up in front of my house.  Any help identifying or suggestions for replanting would be greatly appreciated.

It’s a Washingtonia. Appears to be a hybrid of W. filifera and W. robusta. That’s California Fan Palm x Mexican Fan Palm, commonly called Washingtonia filibusta. They get tall and grow fast.

Aka cotton palm!

Here the pure W. filifera and W. robusta only exist in old gardens, now all the ones they sell are hybrids between them

And Ptychosperma elegans definitely not referred to an Alexander palms in Australia. I’m not a fan of any common name but that one surely takes the cake for the most senseless and confusing!
