Copernicia ——————?  Thanks in advance. So many similarities but maybe someone has seen a tag in the past on this one.

@PalmBossTampa maybe an unhappy Hospita?  The leaves aren't right for Alba.  It may be too small for Baileyana or Gigas.

I donated that palm MANY years ago.  It came from John Bishock as Copernicia sp. so likely it's a hybrid.

Good to know. i thought at one time there was a Copernicia eckmanii in that area. Maybe it was an attempt to describe this same palm?

I was thinking this possible too. I can got through some Fairchild pics and compare. 

I have a small curtissii now and it clumps already. I understand there’s a lot of variability there based on locale

I would guess it's the C. yarey var. yarey.  I think that's the smaller one, as opposed to var. robusta?
