Looks nice! I haven't had much success with Brahea or Phoenix, but I've raised some sellable Sabals and now I'm into tropical fruit trees while I wait on the palms 😂

You’re hooked now. It all starts with a small hobby nursery then next thing you’re building another greenhouse. The wife tells you you’re spending to much on palms and not enough on her, you start importing seeds like some some sort of crazed maniac obsessed with palms. But hey go for it I did and the best part it is it makes you happy. You tell yourself you’re going to make money when all you do is buy more seeds. And then you want to keep all the best plants for yourself, the garden gets bigger the bank account smaller. Your going to love it good on you give it a go!

I agree . The satisfaction of growing on a small or large scale , depending on the room you have , is gratifying . Harry

The greenhouses are beautiful, especially with luxurious palm trees. I'd love to have one. The glass ones are wonderful.

It's called the "palm bug"

sounds like you got a bad case of it. 😆

I caught the bug 22 years ago. first batch of seed I germinated was Dypsis decaryi.

Wife says I need to "spend some money on some new shirts and pants" and I tell her "there are just a few more palms on my current wish list that need to buy first".

another good one is "where are you going to plant that Justen? The yard is already a jungle!" to which I reply "I'll find a spot."
