This large Dypsis prestoniana has been in this semi-curcular "pot" for about 5 years and needs more dirt. I have very little room left.  it is about 10 feet tall but would be relatively easy to move.

I am in Oceanside near the 5 freeway but this palm can take even more heat and sun than I have.  $500 OBO

    just a little bit.  That's why it needs to be moved. there is not enough soil and too much drainage.  I thought the D. prestoniana needed more drainage like D. decepiens or others but now I am convinced it wants a heavier soil and even more sun.  I have two friends that have the same age palm in clayish soil and more sun inland and theirs is doing better. I'll take less.$
